Set amid four acres of bushland, the ryokan offers just six guest rooms, thus ensuring intimacy, privacy and tranquillity. The grounds are often visited by a wide variety of native Australian wildlife including kangaroos, ant-eaters, rabbits, turtles and various colourful birds.
The guestrooms all feature the hallmarks of traditional Japanese style accommodation including futon bedding, shoji rice paper sliding screens and decorative tokonoma alcoves. Sterilised by ultra-violet light, they contain precious natural enzymes to smooth and lighten the skin.
