A Keturah Day Spa is a philosophy of water and non-water based holistic treatments, in an environment that promotes wellbeing, through rejuvenation of the mind, body and soul.
The Fremantle Keturah Spa contains 12 treatment rooms, two private hydrotherapy rooms, mineral Jacuzzis, cold plunge pool, large spa, steam, sauna and a gym. Additionally there is available a large relaxation lounge with refreshments, meeting room and internet lounge. Facilities are available for personal training. Keturah Stone Therapy Massage
Relax and revive with the ancient American Indian art of stone massage, starting with a cleansing, prepatory tonic in the form of a herbal tea ceremony. Mind and body are then prepared to cruise to a higher level of self-awareness, while our internationally trained experts work their magic of broad massage strokes utilizing the unique properties of the basalt stones. Stone therapy has multiple benefits including detoxifying, cleansing and healing properties. The heated rocks soothe the soul whilst the chilled rocks clear the mind.
For relaxation on a deeper level you can have a Shirodhara treatment as well (see below). There is also the option of two therapists performing the massage in which the therapists synchronize the stone massage strokes. This sort of serenity once experienced is never forgotten!

Shirodhara
Succumb to the hypnotic effects of this ancient Ayurvedic medical practice that emphasizes holistic treatment. After a soothing scalp massage, selected warm aromatic oil is gently poured in a stream from a specially designed pot, on to the forehead (third eye). Its calming benefits almost defy description and have to be experienced to be fully appreciated. It also helps to relieve insomnia, tension, anxiety and depression. Allow 45 minutes $125

Deluxe Body Wrap with Shirodhara
This classical spa treatment combines the benefits of stone massage, body wrap and Shirodhara. Your spa excursion starts with a dry brushing to stimulate the lymphatic system, followed by a detoxifying salt and herbal body exfoliation. You are then cocooned in a mud or herbal clay wrap for half an hour to allow the highly mineralised clay or mud to caress and rejuvenate the skin.
