With views of the Pacific Ocean, the spa at Four Seasons Costa Rica provides an oasis of calm tranquillity and a world of peaceful balance. Offering a complete range of treatments, the spa reflects the wonders of the rich Costa Rican natural environment, awakening your senses and soothing your soul. Therapies unique to Costa Rica are offered, using mineral-rich rainforest muds taken from the nearby Osa Peninsula.
The spa is accessed via a separate entrance in the main lobby of the Resort. It features eight massage rooms, seven wet treatment rooms with showers, four facial treatment rooms and three pedicure stations. Spa services are available to guests 18 years of age and older.
The 163 generously sized guest rooms and suites are imaginatively crafted with indigenous woods and stone finishes. Each room seamlessly blends indoor comfort with an outdoor terrace or balcony living area and mesmerising views.

Fruits of Eden rejuvenating retreat
This exotic feast for the body begins with a full-body brushing and scrub, followed by a wrap designed to mineralise and detoxify the skin leaving the body firmer and trimmer. An aromatherapy massage uses our custom-blended Fruits of Eden oil, featuring lemon and sweet orange. The results are increased energy, as well as clarified skin that retains and absorbs moisture more effectively.
Includes: Exfoliating body brushing, mango sugar scrub, green coffee detoxifying body wrap and Fruits of Eden rainforest essence aromatherapy massage. (2 hours)
Selva verde purification ritual
A complete body ritual based on the ancient tradition of applying naturally harvested muds to purify and re-mineralise the skin. The moor mud bath provides relief for stiffness and pain, while our Selva de Osa clay provides skin with the nourishment of much-needed minerals. A therapeutic massage helps the body flush toxins, while fragrant essential oils of lavender and rosemary assist in calming the mind.
Includes: Moor mud hydrotherapy bath, exfoliating body brushing, Selva de Osa body mud mask, and summer rain therapeutic aromatherapy massage. (2.5 hours)
Coco-latte retreat
An integral part of Costa Ricas culture, coffee has long been respected for its healing properties. This treatment begins with a body polish, blending the exhilarating elements of coconut with moisturising extracts of vanilla beans to stimulate and replenish the skin. Then a full-body massage using aromatic essential oils reduces tension, soothes sore muscles and increases circulation. The session finishes with special grooming attention for your hands and feet.
