Welcome to The Spa At Grand Lake, the only true destination spa in Connecticut. We are located on 85 acres of beautiful country property, surrounded by the plush woodlands of Central Connecticut. We are honored, and excited to be able to welcome you for another season.

All meals are prepared fresh daily using only the finest ingredients, and prepared low fat, low sugar and low salt.
