To further enhance the relaxing, casual atmosphere, the appointment room is secluded away from the front desk. It is here that incoming calls are taken to reduce the sound of ringing phones and eliminate client waiting.
Separated from the reception area by etched glass doors is the spa salon. Clients enjoy the comfort of slippers and terrycloth robes while they wait and relax in a private lounge. Each of the spa rooms is thermostatically controlled, sound deadened, and has its own CD stereo system.
