The Hampshire Hills Sports and Fitness Club was built in 1973 and continues to be considered one of the most complete fitness and recreational facilities ever created. Nestled in the town of Milford, NH visitors to the club are continually amazed by the expansiveness of the 115,000 square foot the facility seated on 119 acres of New Hampshire forest land.
In addition to its indoor and outdoor pools and tennis courts, the facility has its own sporting fields, forest trails, summer camp sites, preschool, nursery, batting cage, gymnasium, climbing wall, racquetball and squash courts, sauna and steam rooms, spin, group exercise, yoga, pilates and reformer studios, full fitness and free weight center, free weight room, indoor track, restaurants and cafe.
