Great Neck Day Spa
ELITE BODY was founded by a group of fitness experts with backgrounds in martial arts, dance, massage therapy, and competitive sports. With past training experience and success in designing programs inside and outside of a gym environment, they were early adopters of functional training and the National Academy of Sport's Medicine's (NASM) approach to fitness.
Their exercise programs, which fused techniques from systems as diverse as yoga, Pilates, wrestling, gymnastics, rehabilitative science, martial arts, and sports medicine were very successful in providing results for clients. At the time, very few people outside of a few elite gyms in Manhattan were benefiting from this neuromuscular-based approach to training. For most, exercise regimens consisted of push, pull, and move with no deep understanding of the structures involved to create an efficient workout.
ELITE BODY's mission is to improve the guidance individuals receive when they begin and maintain a fitness program. Our programs (both massage and training) focus on the entire anatomy, benefiting any individual seeking true progression in fitness, health, and aesthetics while increasing knowledge of physical activity and the human body.
Our commitment is to expand this guidance beyond the walls of a gym or spa into all areas of daily life.
