Robbin has over 14 years of experience and is a professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). She is licensed and certified in therapeutic massage in both Tennessee and Tucson, Arizona. She is a graduate of the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts at Tucson, Arizona.
She utilizes her training with myofascial release techniques, acupressure, shiatsu, and Swedish massage to facilitate relief for many restrictions and tensions in the body. She believes in the importance of touch and is committed to giving individualized care to each client.
A major focus of her work is to facilitate healing after injury and/or surgery. Many things, such as plantar fascitis, thoracic problems, carpal tunnel, TMJD, and low back pain, to name a few, may often be greatly relieved. She has worked in conjunction with other health care providers, such as medical, chiropractic and naturopathic physicians, as well as dentists, to round out and enhance the client's care.
