Inside Outside is a physician directed Center providing a wide range of services using both cutting edge and proven strategies to help you achieve optimal health and at the same time improve your appearance. This center is the only one in San Antonio which combines all these services under one roof. Our programs are designed to get results! The Wellness Center and Medical Spa offers services in four primary areas. These are OmgegRx Zone Nutrition, Superslow Strength Training, Health Assessments and Medical Spa Services. Individual Services are offered in each of these areas and comprehensive programs are available at affordable prices.
Dr. Charles Christian, Medical Director has worked in San Antonio for over 21 years as a Cardiothoracic Surgeon. He is a certified OmegaRx Zone Nutrition Consultant and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anti-aging Medicine. As a physician partner with Cenegenics of Las Vegas he is able to utilize their protocols for hormone optimization. Dr. Christian is a member of the Texas Transplant Institute Heart Transplant/ Mechanical Assist Device Team. He has special interests in Nutrition, the prevention of Atherosclerosis and Type II Diabetes, Omega 3 Fats, Essential Fatty Acid Metabolism, the Metabolic Syndrome, Osteoporosis Evaluation/Treatment and Strength Training. He is a frequent speaker on behalf of the American Heart Association and the San Antonio Mayors Fit City Council and is a Certified SuperSlow Strength Training Instructor. Dr. Christian Bio
